Abstract:
Before teachers in teaching practice, and before studying for evaluating the success of their training
acute problem of estimation and its objectivity. The smooth functioning of the evaluation process in the
classroom is a prerequisite for effective management of the learning process.Diagnosis of the learning
process is realized through formative assessment. Formative evaluation, helping students to actively join in
the process of his own teaching, provide effective feedback from student to teacher, gives an insight into how
the assessment depends on the motivation and self-esteem of students.
