Abstract:
Adopted in education national plan for the development of functional literacy in the Republic of
Kazakhstan today directs teachers to foster students ' ability to make independent decisions, to acquire
knowledge, to work independently and in a team. Problem-Dialogic learning is learning through specially
organized by the teacher dialogue that effectively address these challenges. This versatile technology, is of a
