Innovative pedagogy requires a rethinking of the whole educational process, both training and
education. According to the authors, classical pedagogical theory is hopelessly outdated, building on her
upbringing of current generations should not be in the new environment. The article refers to the emerging
new science, whose main task is to change and reorganization of the entire educational system on the basis
of innovation. The authors conclude on the need to transform all kinds of activities, including training,
educational, administrative, research and development.

If creatively interpret and revise the curricula of the Russian language in the elementary school and
the main focus has shifted to the development of oral language, the education of speech culture, a culture of
verbal behavior of pupils in different situations, develop their ability to engage in dialogue and come up with
a monologue to the audience will be more effective. One of the essential ways of solving the problem of
speech development is the introduction in the educational process cycle lessons of rhetoric and speech
culture. Thus, the rhetoric will provide the basis for bringing together different disciplines to build
communication skills.

This article is devoted to the methods of teaching English language, which are very relevant at the
modern stage of education development as a result of introduction of the three-language program. The
purpose of the research – is to examine the productive methods and problems of teaching English language.
There used a group of methods, where the research method is considered to be the basic one. The result of
this work is presented as the further research of this problem, that can help the teachers to plan their
lessons.
